i'm using Koss 2 production.
After Install Administration Kit (AK) and KAV on server, I can't update AK from Kaspersky Lab. But KAV on server can update from Kaspersky Lab.

I configed update on AK and KAV the same way. Please check attacked image to see.
Internal network access to Internet throught ISA server.
Please help me resolve problem

The error shows an authentification failure.

Please check the account and password for authentification.

I had type account and password more times, but the same error.
On config table oF KAV, I don't type account and password but it can update throught ISA server.
I attach log update file of AK at here to everybody see further.
