Hi,

we have just enabled AniSpam in Security 5.5 for Exchange 2003 and it's marking some our important incomming mail as spam. Is there any way to make some exceptions in the filter? I'm missing setting for tunning and teaching the anti SPAM part of the Security 5.5.

Thanks

Filip

Hello and welcome to the forum,

in the actual version of Kaspersky Security 5.5 for Exchange 2003 is unfortunately no option to whitelist e-mails. This feature will be implemented likely in Kaspersky Security 6.0 for Exchange 2007 when Anti-Spam will be included.

The anti-spam plugin for KSE 6 for Exch 2007 shall be released in summer 2009. Sorry, but I do not have more information by myself.
