I've got Admin Kit Version: 6.0.1591 and KAV 6.0 for windows workstations running on my Server 2003 controlled network. My question is if I can monitor a couple of laptops that have KAV version 7.0 installed on them with the Admin Kit when they are connected to the network? These laptops are personal laptops not owned by the company, but while connected to the network, I want to monitor them as I do the rest of the workstations. I installed the network agent on one of the laptops and I can see it with the Admin Kit, but the laptop does not appear to be updating its status. I ran the klnagck.exe program on the laptop and received the following information:
