I've bee trying to install the trial version of KAV on Server 2003 and can't get past the set up dialog. It hangs on the Welcome! screen and won't allow me to select any of the radio buttons. In fact anything I click on causes the window to lose focus.
I have uninstalled, rebooted, reinstalled, redownloaded and I can't get it to work.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
What exact version and product have you tried to install (name of the setupfile)?
Create a systeminfo-file with getsysteminfo-tool as described in the article
http://support.kaspersky.com/faq/?qid=193238548 and upload the file in this thread.
And be sure to attach latest
installation logfiles

kav6.0.3.837_winserven.exe
I can't seem to upload files here. I'm sure you don't want me to paste them. Is there any other way?

It looks that KAV is installed.
Did you make the installation locally or over VNC?

Over VNC
Please deinstall Kaspersky, use Kavremover (http://support.kaspersky.ru/downloads/products2009/kavremover9.zip), reboot and install KAV again locally (not VNC, not RDP, not Teamviewer or anything else). During that new install, create installlog please, as dawinci already mentioned.
