I cannot view and delete anymore my old GSI reports. I only can view, but not delete, the last one. I cannot view anymore the other GSI reports. When I try to view an old report, this down is a warning message example:

File cd6f671183839eb02fcdc06368442797 doesn't exist anymore.
Please upload it again.

I can read only the details of all the GSI reports (mine and others). What is happened? All was perfectly working few days ago...

It's normal,

we currently have 7 days of retention so the report is automatically deleted.

Also, you can't delete a report already deleted so I'll remove the button if the report is already deleted (not today).

You say it is normal, but till few days ago I was able to view all the reports in the summary (one month of retention and more). If now it is normal as you say, I think you have to remove the view button too... (and perhaps the past reports too).

Hello Kamille,

Maybe i am wrong unsure.gif but i agree with Gulliver.
When proceeding a delete-action in the parser
i shouldn't display anything any more just to avoid confusion.

Of course a GSI_report that is linked on the forum should not be deleted.
I don't know the details of course and thats why i am maybe wrong.
I realise that setting up the gsi_parser is not a cup of tea dash1.gif

Hello Gulliver,

Then i should keep them hosted,
but not show them anymore like you suggested ?
If needed you could reopen a deleted report via the forum ....
As already told there are certainly a lot things going on in the Gsi's background
and sometimes we come up with "impossible" suggestions wink.gif
