1) Maybe I missed that point, but does the new tool require Net.Framework? If yes, what version? Are there any other system requirements I might have missed?
2) Why is the tool not signed when the whole security concept of KIS is signed/unsigned? When can we expect a signature for the tool?

Hello p2u,

1) The tool doesn't need .Net Framework. The only system requirements is Windows XP or higher (aka : 2003, 2008, Vista, 7).
2) This is under discussion here and I hope it will be very soon.
