Hello,

We are having issue to install kaspersky 6 for HP520 laptop which runs with windowsXP.
After the installation machine unable to connect to local network using both LAN and Wireless network.
I tried two laptops but issue is there on both. Finally I reinstall without the firewall option ( Anti hacker) but still the issue is there.
Can you please send guidelines to overcome this issue.

Thanks.

I assume noone will guarantee you that there will be no bluescreen.
In most cases where such problems occur on notebooks, there is a problem with the notebooksoftware of the manufacturer (eg. network connection software for wlan and stuff) and the ndis driver. I never had bluescreen after deinstallation of ndis driver on windows xp machines.

When you say ' uninstall the NDIS driver' do you mean the 'Kaspersky Anti-virus NDIS filter'?
I have seen the perpetual chkdsk requests and the lack of network connection, both fixed by uninstalling KAV 6.0.3.837.
