I'm having a serious problem with Kaspersky AV for Exchange 2003

1) Anti-Spam Database fails to update

I downloaded the new I.Updater.exe, but didn't work, secondly selected a different source, of update, still the same problem.


2) I have noticed Kaspersky for exchange is blocking, my mail boxes, all of a sudden i can't view my mails in the mailbox, do i have to change any security settings.
