I hope someone can help me, I am running Kaspersky for file Servers 6.0. when I have it enabled I am unable to fax from my faxware package(David Zehn!) it I have it disabled then it works o.k.

to fax it send the data to a printer driver which in turn sends it to the faxserver.

Has anyone had this problem with this software before and do you know of a workaround.

I use Fax Press Pro, and it work fine.

Do you get any error when Kaspersky is turned on?
Are you using the Kaspersky Firewall?
Is your fax server in the same subnet as your Kaspersky server?
Is your fax server in any type of exclusion?

Honestly you need to disable 1 module at a time until you can narrow down what is blocking the app. If you just disable Kaspersky it's a guessing game with 7 modules.
