We have an issue in new server running in Windows 2008 Standard and not yet deployed to end-users. The total physical memory is 1GB, and as per our observation after we have installed the kaspersky 6.2.555 the used physical memory is ranging from 70 to 80% which I believe not normal because there were no other applications running.

Please see attached screen shots, kindly investigate and send us feedback.

Well it seems ok. There are two processes for scan running which are using about 200 megabytes. One Gigabyte of RAM is a little bit small for windows server 2008 including anti-virus.

The parser shows 2 GB memory. This should be ok.

They run the getsysteminfo tool after they added another 1GB memory.

How can I explain it in a best way to the client? Because they believed this was not unusual, they're comparing it to the performance of kaspersky in windows server 2003.
