Hello, I just turned on my computer, and Adobe Flash Player ActiveX Installer, said I need to update Adobe flash player. When I did the update, a screen poped up in My KIS 2009, saying, Potentially dangerous program. In a big yellow box. KIS 2009, gives me 3 options, Yes, Limit, and no. When I click on this, Adobe Flash Player ActiveX Installer, within the KIS warning sign, another KIS box pops up and Rates it as Potentially dangerous, says, database: Does not exist, and Digital signature: is missing. I have clicked on the NO, Block program execution many many times, and it will not stop and go away. So, do you have a solution for this. Thank you in advance.

OK, this is strange, I clicked many times for this not to install, and there is a box that says, Adobe Flash Player update completed successfully, and I said no to it, in the warning KIS box. whats going on?

Hi,

If you are updating flash then it is fine to allow....but what is the worm alert kis is giving you?
littlefoot
In my detected threats, it says there is a worm. Do you want to send me something so I can send the link to you? I can copy and paste it. So you can see what it says. Thank you so much for getting back to me. We have ebay listings endding right now.

Please post screenshot of Detected > Active threats. With columns widened to show full name and object details.

How to take and post screenshot: PrtSc (Print screen) key (upper right part of keyboard)> open Paint (Start > All programs > Accessories) > Edit > Paste, File > Save as (jpeg or
png, Not bmp). When replying, Browse > click once to select file > Open > Upload > add reply.

I did everything you said to do. I can even see it in paint. When I clicked on Upload, it says, in really big letters, at the bottom of this page I am typing in.
413 Request Entity Too Large. I feel like crying.
littlefoot
I tried it again, and it still says the same thing as before

Upload it to a file host such as http://rapidshare.com/ Then, post the Download link to the uploaded file.

Thank you richbuff, I sent it. But do you think it is really a worm in my computer right now? Is our computer infected? I could not send it by email because it did not give that option to send.
richbuff
I don't think your PC is infected, I would have requested additional logs if I thought so. Post back if you have any additional indications of infection. If you sent it, you should receive a reply sooner, or sometimes, later. smile.gif
