How to Disable autorun for Removable drivers (USB) and CD

Should i do that localy on each pc or can i do that remotly by GPO or any thing else

Read this FAQ from the Microsoft KB.
You can do it with a GPO.

Tybilly already posted a link to the step-by-step guide. Just use the domain policy editor on your domain controller and activate those options mentioned in the guide in the policy.
