Hi, I have had to transfer all my files to a new laptop so that the old one can be repaired under warranty. I installed KIS2009 and proceeded to activate via the key, it is accepted, goes through all of the activation process, gets to the reboot option, reboots and then starts all over again. I have tried using the activation code, user and password but to no avail. Can someone please help
