1. Are you a Domain Admins in Active Directory?
2. Is your Domain Admins group part of the BUILTIN\Administrators group?
3. If you Right click your server in KAK and do a properties. Go to the Security tab, and ensure that you have <nameofserver>\KLAdmins, BUILTIN\Administrators, <nameofserver>\KLOperators AND that the permissions are set up correctly. Default is:

KLAdmins : F/R/W/E
Administrators : F/R/W/E
KLOperators: R/E

4. Remote into your Server, get to the Computer Management Console > Local Users > Groups. Now, I have a Policy that puts Domain Admins into the <nameofserver>\Administrators group. I would assume that you have the same set up, but if not, make sure that your Domain Admins is in there.

If you are *NOT* a domain admin, you can just add your user account to the <nameofserver>\KLAdmins group.

~~~~~~~~~
The only way that I can duplicate that error message is if I remove the BUILTIN\Administrators group for the KAK Security. And that is because I don't use the KLAdmins or KLOperators groups. So you are experiencing a permissions issue...somewhere.
If all of the above checks out, just give Kaspersky a call or hop on their Chat. Again, I can only duplicate the issue if I take away my permissions, so if all of the above is good, I'm not sure what else it might.
