I have installed kaspersky internet security 8.0.0.506 in Windows XP 2002 SP 3, and now my ethernet interface is complety down. I've tried to repair the ethernet interface but I get the message "no se pudo consultar la configuración tcp/ip" (could not see the configuration tcp / ip).
Could you help me?
