GSI works fine and fast on IE7 but there is a bug: when you click suspicious, after a little bit time when you can see the applications, drivers and folders , all disappears (the same happens when you click back the summary).

Hello Gulliver,

Same issue here with IE7 (on XP Home SP3 & Vista Business)
but no problem at all with the "Suspicious"-tab in Fx 3.0.6 (=faster)

Hi Berny. No problem in Chrome 2.0.166.1 too (it's really superfast), but I think something more the Lab could do for IE7, the most popular browser (70% people are using it).

Hello guys,

So I'll see what i can do for his but, to be honest, it won't be top of my priority.

Currently, I'd rather working on functionality instead of special compatibility for IE.

Thanks for the feedbacks anyway !

All OK using IE8
Galileo 39
However, why does the parser warn me that my browser IE8 is not recommended for the GetSystemInfo Parser? I agree that IE7 is not the best choice to view the Parser Report, but I'm not aware of any restrictions when using IE8. In my opinion the warning should not appear if IE8 is used, and IE8 should be added to the gallery of recommended browsers.

Normally you should have the popup when viewing a report with IE 8 (warning, the popup is not displayed anymore on the home page).

No, I haven't.

Oh, I also removed the popup for members so you were probably logged in wink.gif
That's why you don't see the popup

Yes, you're right: only when logged in no warning popup.
