I have a Linux mail server, I protect this in kaspersky
Kaspersky Anti-Virus for Linux Mail Server
Kaspersky Anti-Spam
Server Environment
Red hat Enterprise Linux 5.1
Mail I configure Postfix

Problem:
I configure mail server, blocking some attachments as example exe, bin, com, and bat.
Some times I need to release exe attached mails, but I can’t do this.
Can you please advice me to how to release that mails. I think administrator can release those mails to client.
Please help me to solve this.

We have done attachment block using KASPERSKY. Not from postfix level.
I want to release the attachment which blocked using KASPERSKY.
Please help me to solve this issue, mention the necessary steps.

Hello everybody,

What I’m saying is cannot take the quarantined attachment from that file.
That is a text file. All the mail details & attachment are in that text file.
What I want is to take that attachment from that backed up text file.
[attachment converts to garbage characters].
Why this happened.

Additionally
In kaspersky exchange server we can get the block files in originally (that files are store in backup),
Can’t we do this on Linux mail.

anyone faced this problem earlier.

I do not get your problem.
Neither kav for mailservers nor KAS can *block* attachments.
So I wonder how have you done it "using Kaspersky".
