Why are BSOD Klif.sys error topics being removed ? If you were to look at the current forum you would think that it is a minor issue with the software. The majority of posts with critical comments have been directed at the lack of communication from Kaspersky, removing the posts are only making the problem worse.

Hi,

Looks like all of the posts regarding this have been merged into one thread... nobody is trying to hide the issue but there isn't any point in having 20 different topics on the same issue.

No - checked out that one - they have been removed.

The point I am trying to make is there is no support responses from Kaspersky, the only thing left is the forum. Now even the forum is removing critical posts. If the language was bad, threatening or over the top - fair enough censor the posts but dont remove altogether.

I have never delt with a software vendor that does not even reply via email to multiple support requests. The knowledgebase lists nothing so we resort to a forum for the only help we can get. Network administrators like myself that are desperate for a resolution & now posts we have made for resolution dates get removed.

Come on guys !

No, you come on...................many threads on the very same subject was merged into the one big one 106 strong, this should be more than plenty regarding critical posts. Three small ones including your which wasn't even the most critical was removed as they were simply just more of the same..............

The thread was merged in anticipation of the fix being released either today or tuesday, i accept that you're in an agitated state by now, but if coverup was the endgame then i would have removed everything altogether and it wasn't.

Thread closed and removed when the fix is out.
