I have created a IP-subnet which is located behind a watchguard firewall :
IP Subnet ---Watchguard Firewall – Network with Kaspersky Admin Server
I am able to ping and resolve computers from the admin server in the created IP-subnet. I also have added a rule to the firewall to enable communication between the admin server and clients. When I install the Kaspersky NetworkAgent a client is discovered and can be managed.
Problem I have is that a scan of the IP-subnet (that’s located behind the firewall) doesn’t result in a overview of the host running in that IP-subnet. Does somebody know what the reason for this is and if there is a solution for this problem? IP-subnets which are not located behind a firewall are discovered fine.
