Hello,

my random problems since the update (e.f) of Kaspersky 04/02/09.

- PC running Windows XP sp2
- Kaspersky V6.0.3.837 (e.f) Workstation.
- On this machine for Sonicwall Viewpoint software (which store syslog files from firewall with mysql database)

Randomize the pc freezes: keyboard not responding, pc not visible on the network.

Only solution to force the power button to shut down the PC.

Sometimes the pc seems to work correctly, if trying to stop Kaspersky (right click on the icon) or the admin console, kaspersky no longer responding.

When I stop services related to Viewpoint, and the database, the pc seems to freeze over.

And on another pc (XP sp2) I have blue screens randomly with the message:

KLIF.sys
PAGEFAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA
STOP: 0x00000050

Any idea is good to take

Best regards

There still hasn't been a solid fix released for it yet.

Some have had luck rolling back to a previous version of klif.sys and some are having luck with the version on the beta site (contact support for the address to pull the files from).
