2 weeks ago I renewed and upgraded my small business 10 user license. Since that time we have been encountering various problems. MS word is very unstable. Sometimes we can't save a document, or it comes up with program not responding or it will take 5-10 minutes to open a 3 page document. Other programs run very slow. Time value software - file in time runs real slow. When I disable kaspersky it runs fine. We never ran into these problems with KAV 7. Can I uninstall KAV 9 and go back to KAV 7? Will my activation code still work?

Any suggestions on getting KAV 9 to work properly?

The license for small business is not valid for KAV 2009.

If you had have 10 licenses for KAV7 then you can use the renewal code for this version. You must not upgrade to KAV2009.

I am confused....My confirmation says that I have a "1 year renewal of 10 licenses" download the full version (KAV 2009 Software) and then it gives me the site to get it at. Why would I be able to get 2009 and use my activation code if it was not for 2009? As long as I can go back to 2007 with this code, I will try that I guess!!
