We have 500 clients in our network, all up to date.Couple days ago client's kaspersky stopped working. Kaspersky system tray icon does not show, AVP.exe is using 50% CPU, and I can not uninstall kaspersky. when I want to start kaspersky manually does nothing. I got log files and sent to kaspersky support but still I can not get any solution. unsure.gif

Did you call support? I've never had much luck with the whole email a ticket thing. I never hear back from them...
