I have this problem, admin kit cant control client.. network agent is install on client, klnagchk on client is OK, but admin kit can start any task for the client.. the start task button is grey, as it is lock by policy.. please refer to the attch pics..

i have try uninstall and reinstall kav and network agent on client, but still cant control client on admin kit.. ping adminkit IP, telnet 13000 to adminkit and klnagchk everything is OK..

on admin kit, i have try to backup admin kit cert only, uninstall the admin kit, and install fresh admin kit.. then i restore cert only to get connection back from client, but admin kit still cant control client..

I'm assuming you have restarted the machine?

In "Protection" tab you will get information about condition of your PC.

this problem happen to all of the client in the admin kit.. i have tried restart the admin kit server a few times..

The pic shows only local tasks from the clients.

Create a new update taks in your admin kit.
