I'm using KAK 6.0.1710.

I wanted to try KAK to uninstall Grisoft AVG 7.5. It shows up in the deinstallation task combo list for external applications, but when I try to finish the task, I get an error that the .ini file for external application cannot be found.

I can see the ini file in the Nagent\Data\Cleaner folder. I've also tried restarting the KAK service. Is there some other download I need to acquire?

1) Turn on traces of AK-console from there do you create task
2) Turn on traces of AK server
3) Repeate you problem
4) Turn off traces

After this send me

1) console-trace file ( klakcon.txt on AK-console install dir )
2) server-trace file ($klserver-1093.log from AK Server install dir )
3) also I need folder Nagent\Data\Cleaner from install dir of AK-server

Moro, I've gathered the files, but the the archive is 700k (I'm only allowed 300k) and the Cleaner folder archive is over 300k too. Can you PM me an email address?
