I am having a problem with one of the machines on my network (Vista 32bit - Outlook 2007 - Workspace Security 6.0.3.837)

When the anti-virus was originally installed, the spam / not spam buttons worked as expected. But now, for reasons unknown, the buttons have stopped working. The buttons are displayed but when clicked nothing happens to the highlighted email.

I have tried the following commands to no avail:
regsvr32 /u "C:\Program Files\Kaspersky Lab\Kaspersky Anti-Virus 6.0\oeas.dll"
regsvr32 "C:\Program Files\Kaspersky Lab\Kaspersky Anti-Virus 6.0\oeas.dll"
regsvr32 /u "C:\Program Files\Kaspersky Lab\Kaspersky Anti-Virus 6.0\mcou.dll"
regsvr32 "C:\Program Files\Kaspersky Lab\Kaspersky Anti-Virus 6.0\mcou.dll"
regsvr32 /u "C:\Program Files\Kaspersky Lab\Kaspersky Anti-Virus 6.0\mcouas.dll"
regsvr32 "C:\Program Files\Kaspersky Lab\Kaspersky Anti-Virus 6.0\mcouas.dll"

Google hasn't been much help to me in this case, I am hoping someone on here may be able to point me to the light.

Have you disabled self-defence of KAV before executing commands regsvr32... ?
This option is available under "settings" > "service", uncheck "Enable Self-Defense".
Close MS Outlook and try to execute regsvr commands again.

If it does not help, try to remove KAV using the cleaner utility and reinstall the program: http://support.kaspersky.com/faq/?qid=208279463
