Full Version: Client Update Not Working - Stays Pending

I would be grateful for any help I can get here.
We bought Kaspersky Enterprise licence in November last year, and I set up Kaspersky administration kit on a domain server in December (Win 2003 server. Kas admin kit version is : 6.0.1591) - and all workstations. All seemed fine initially.
The server download of the signature updates from KLabs runs ok.
Up until about 10 days ago the Group Task Antivirus .. update was updating the signatures on the domain workstaions without any problems, and then it stopped. The task just shows that it is "pending" for all 16 workstations.
I have deleted the task in the Kas Admin Kit and recreated it. But that didn't work - the task stayed at pending when started.
I looked here for a solution, and downloaded the "DelUpdate" kit from this site, and ran it.
The result.txt was ok for all lines, and the update task was deleted.
I again recreated the update task, but the client updates are still all showing as pending.
I really don't know where to go from here - and this is getting urgent (ie no AV updates for 10 days) - (and the business owner is now looking at me and asking why we moved from our previous AV provider !!!)
Any help is much appreciated.

It seems you are having some connection problems between clients and server. Please check that clients could connect to the server. Please check 'Last connect date' in the properties of the client and in case it is a long time ago, check connection on the client with the help of klnagchk utility.

Thank you Kulaga. Problem is solved.
Ports 13000 and 14000 on the server were blocked - not sure how they became blocked though.
