Hi,

I am new member of this forum and i need an urgent help for KIS2009(Commercial for 5 pc's). I have installed KIS 2009 to our 3 pc in office. After installation, we are not able to use Network scanner. Our printer model is Dell 1815dn (multifunction printer for small business). With this printer, all office computers use it as network printer (Possible to send scanned document to your pc in pdf file, Tiff file and also e-mail etc.)

Before install KIS2009 we were normally using this printer's scanner as follow,

1. Choose user name
2. Chosee file format (pdf, tiff, word, excel... etc)
3. Scan and send to pc thru network

After installation, I have already tried following steps,

a)Firewall<Rules Settings<Applications = Network scanner module (DNSCST Module) was in low restrixted area. I have moved it to Trusted area and marked "operation system, confidental data, rights and networks" as ALLOW
b)Firewall<Rules Settings<Networks = I have marked my office network as Trused Network.
c)Firewall<Rules Settings<Network Packets = I have choosed Trusted network and marked all network services actions as Allow

When i exit from KIS2009, scanner orders work normally and without any problem.

Our computers operation systems are Windows XP Home Edition Service Pack 3 (build 2600)
KIS Application version is 8.0.0.357 (KIS Turkish Languange)
