Just run a regcleaner like:
QUOTE Then download the trial of Regsupreme, run it (use normalmode only, not aggressive), when finished scanning you rightclick and select "All", then you click "Fix" at the bottom, it will ask you if you wish to make a backup and you do, just to be safe. After you have deleted any remaining folders which you find with "Search" in Windows. -------------------- |

Please see Lucian's response in post #2. There is an official tool, on a page in an official site, but I seem to understand that it is more or less hidden, and that those responsible prefer that it be kept that way. MiStr has link to removal instructions in post #5 of this: http://translate.google.com/translate?u=ht...en&ie=UTF-8

links to actual source (offical site) is better, do you guarantee there no malware in that attachment..? McAfee is worse! yes ...100% clean this is an official tool from ESET it is available originally from Dutch ESET distributor but works with all languages here is the link to dispel any reservations of the tool's authenticity CODE http://www.nod32.nl/download/tool/nod32removal.exe by the way this tool works great and removes all traces of Nod32 ..the nice thing is that this is user friendly to all levels of computer expertise and is much better suited for the novice This post has been edited by exterminator20: 1.09.2008 05:46 |

Revo uninstaller .... great program. My favorite freeware app.
http://www.revouninstaller.com/ If you have a 64-bit OS, it won't work. Does work on 32-bit flavors of Vista, however. |

Revo uninstaller .... great program. My favorite freeware app. Not always good for security suites though, it messes Kaspersky up. I would suggest following the steps posted with security products to be on the safe side if its a simple regedit like here, or if the AV/suite has its own removal tool use that first.
