[HELP!] Can't send virus to kaspersky for analisis Options

I've already received 5 emails with this virus.
It is a phishing email saying that a girls was kidnapped in Brasil and to view her photos and help sending email to other people.
The "photos" link is:
<---- WATCH OUT! VIRUS
where the virus is downloaded from.

Please someone help me, sending the virus to kaspersky lab, because I can't and don't know why. This is becoming a plague!

In meantime, if someone can tell me why I can't send virus to newvirus@kaspersky.com, I would aprecciate because I've already successfully sended more than 15 different new virus but now I can't.

one of my 10 emails that i've sended managed to reached kaspersky too:

it was becoming painfull since every email I sended returned saying that couldn't contact newvirus@kaspersky.com
