Hi all, hope your all well. Sorry to bother anybody, but I have an Issue with my PC
and i was hoping someone could shed some light on it.

Right here goes.

I decided to remove Spybot as I was having conflicts with Kaspersky (See previous posts)
So I decided to Install Spyware Doctor instead.

I ran a complete system scan last night (with spyware Dr) and It says all is well. However I did a Full system
scan with Kaspersky this morning. When I checked the results, it says I have some
"riskware invaders" Which include =

detected: riskware Invader Running process: C:\WINDOWS\System32\svchost.exe

detected: riskware Invader Running process: C:\WINDOWS\system32\services.exe

detected: riskware Invader Running process: C:\Program Files\Compact Wireless-G USB Adapter Wireless Network Monitor\WLService.exe

detected: riskware Invader Running process: C:\Program Files\Compact Wireless-G USB Adapter Wireless Network Monitor\WUSB54GC.exe

detected: riskware Invader Running process: C:\WINDOWS\system32\winlogon.exe

detected: riskware Invader Running process: C:\Program Files\Lavasoft\Ad-Aware 2007\Ad-Aware2007.exe

detected: riskware Invader Running process: C:\Program Files\Lavasoft\Ad-Aware 2007\LSUpdateManager.exe

detected: riskware Invader Running process: C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Lavasoft\Ad-Aware\Update\aaw2008_upd.exe

detected: riskware Invader Running process: C:\WINDOWS\system32\msiexec.exe

Now Kaspersky states that all these threats have been neutralized.
Am I really safe, or have a managed to get some nasty crap on my PC?

(Strange that these have appeard once I have installled Spyware doctor,
I then downloaded and ran the new version of Adaware.

When I came back to check on the results I find a BSOD. With the Following Error code =

IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

*** STOP 0x0000000A (0x00000002 0x00000001 0x804D9A69).

I'm more than a little bit concerned now.

Any suggestons would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance

Thanks very much Don,

I've uninstalled said programs, Wont know if its any better for a day or 2, I think.
I'll run another full system scan tomorrow morning and the see what the results are.

Another random question i(f you don't mind that is?)

I dual boot between XP and Ubuntu 8.04.
Do you know If the grub OS selector interfeers with my abilty to get into safe mode on XP?

Cheers.
