I think a false positive after last update today ( 15.45.13 ): " File c:\programmi\jkdefraggui08\jkdefraggui.exe//PE_Patch.UPX//UPX//Z:\temp\jk\U3CheckerJKD.exe: detected virus 'IM-Worm.Win32.Sohanad.ba'. ". It's a stand alone defragging program, see here: http://www.emro.nl/freeware/. I downloaded and I began to use it two weeks ago - I was yet using KIS 125 - but KIS before today never detected it as malware. Well, I only report it, may be it is really a worm. I hope no. smile.gif

This is a signature detection, they will occur with a ll versions starting from v4. It's not version realted. send the file for analysis to newvirus@kaspersky.com and post in virus related issues next time
