Hi,
I have a question regarding obtaining an activation code. I have contacted the tech support but haven't received a reply in days...I am hoping to have more luck here. I purchased the software for 2 years, now(few months later) I have a problem activating the firewall and anti-virus, error message reads: Activation Code has been entered incorrectly or system date is incorrect.Check system date settings... |

Please ensure your system date and time is correctly set as Kaspersky is very sensitive to incorrect setting. Also check your BIOS for the correct time and possibly replace a motherboard battery.

I appreciate the advice, however it didn't solve my problem....I even changed the motherboard battery but I still get the same error message.
Any other possible advices? Much appreciated. |

Have you tried creating a keyfile using your activationcode and applying that instead?

Unpack the downloaded archive KisKav6Remove.zip to a folder, boot into safemode and run the file KisKav6Remove.exe. When the utility finishes its work, restart the computer in the normal mode. Only works if installed in the default c:\ location with windows! 3. Install Kaspersky again. Remember to download the latest version here. Oh & version 7.0 which you can upgrade to for free is not that far away so come back and check for that in a months time or so. -------------------- |

You're method of removal seemed to work fine. However now I'm receiving an error message saying that my Activation code is incorrect. How can I contact customer support in order to verify my account and get another code perhaps. |
