Hello ,

First time I needed to send a suspect file to KL and their answer arrived after 30 minutes ( Aleks Gostev , Virus Analyst , Kaspersky lab ) .

I think that I have to post about that kind of customer support standard as , in my opinion , the customer support is 50% of any software .

KL's UK support team ( Lisa ) is always terrific and I'm glad to know that Moscow has the same level of quality .

is there AV componies that have this kind of support and forums I don't think so.
