NVIDIA Driver DumaNT Keylogger, Is this driver a real Keylogger ?! Options

Every minute Kaspersky Internet Security 6 show this message: "\Driver\DumaNT - Keylogger detected. Process is trying to redirect keyboard input."
and ironical, the AV offers only <Allow> button to solve this Keylogger problem (the <Terminate> button is inactive).
