I tried installing KIS 2014 many times on my laptop after I formatted my hard drive and installed windows 7, every time it says application was not installed!
would you please help me??

2. I see that you have recently installed Windows 7. You next step is to install all Windows updates > reboot, then install Windows 7 Service Pack 1 > reboot, then install all remaining Windows updates > reboot.

After that, please try to install Kaspersky. If still no go, please run the GetSystemInfo utility again, to create a new gsi report, and then please post the link to the new gsi report.
