Hi,

Since days the website anti-theft.kaspersky.com is not working. I cannot login and since I re-install my android OS I cannot setup and start using the anti-virus. In the step where I have to put the email, I always get: Service Unavailable.

Please advise. I hope its not a problem with Kaspersky. Image if my phone was stolen during this time. Its really being weeks.

Both Chrome and IE are throwing the same error. Looks like it is for this one system I'm getting the error. I do have Kaspersky PURE installed on this system. It would be ironic if the software is trying to block the site.

Im encountering the same problem, i cant login it says service unavailable

I tried to uninstall and reinstall kaspersky mobile antivirus on my S3 but still same problem and cant use kaspersky.

I uninstalled again and downloaded the latest version Kaspersky internet security for android.
I was able to use it and activate the anto virus but anti theft is still the same. I cant login and it always say service unavailableg

Btw, i started to encounter this problem when my phone suddenly restarted and when booted kaspersky did not load so when i opened
Kaspersky, it loads the configuration settings and aks for my login account.
