Hi,
I got a problem and hope you guys will help. I have redeem the KAV 2013 by buying a new lenovo desktop, but when kaspersky send me the Activation Code and the link, the Activation Code was 2009 and the download link is 2013. When I tried to activate, the Activation Code wont work on 2013. Please help as the lenovo people tell me I will be able to redeem a 6mth KAV 2013 Activation Code instead. I have contacted support@antivirus365.com and kaspersky Lab techical support 2 days ago but they did not reply me, and i have already deleted my old anti virus to install this one |

Welcome. "...the Activation Code was 2009..." This is the user community forum, and we can not solve that type of issue here. Only the vendor and/or Tech Support can resolve this issue. Please re-contact them. If you have access to My.Account and know your password and have an active liscense, you can go into the account and give your liscense number to Kaspersky Support and they will provide you with the activation code within 48 hours. Without the liscense number, I doubt if even support can answer you with a code. If My.Account only shows a expired 2009 activation code Support would not be able to give you one If you are able to get the activation code, I suggest you store a copy in the space provided for managing your passwords. If your new Laptop came with a Kaspersky CD, the activation code should be on the envelope. I suggest you resolve this issue with whom ever sold you the new laptop. Kalanhi, you're wasting your time here ..... only support can hand out replacement codes and if it is a free code from a hardware manufacturer coming with a new pc then you might have to go with version 2012 because as i understand it 2009 codes are not possible to use on 2013, but again we cannot help here.
