Hello,
For some reason I am unable to log into the GSI website even although I possess a valid Kaspersky Lab Forum User account. I uploaded the GSI file OK but when I try to view it by logging in, I get redirected back to the logon screen. My original account was created >1 day ago, surely it should have been activated by now? Any ideas as to what is going wrong. Thanks |

GSI Account and KL Forum account are two different things.
 Please create Account in GSI, or click the small print that says analyze myself.

Now I had that thought originally and created a new account but no validation email was ever received.
So to doubly sure, I created another account and I still find myself waiting for a validation email. (When creating the account, it asks for the email name ONCE only) As a temp solution I re-ran GSI and viewed it as 'analyze myself'. It's OK for a short term solution but doesn't let me review old GSI reports Regards |
