W7SP1x64 (VMWare) + KIS2013 .3229 + A.V. Disabled.
FF12 default browser in system. I added 2 URLs from Settings -> Safe Money. - In FF12, typing manually the URL: I got this:

Number of downloads: 43Kaspersky addons disabled, I had to enable them manually. - In Chrome, typing manually the URL: URL was opened in normal mode, no green window nor any warning from KIS2013. - In Opera, typing manually the URL: URL was opened in normal mode, no green window nor any warning from KIS2013. - In IE9, typing manually the URL: The 1st time I typed the URL, I got this:

Tested 2 banking sites from the list --> 18 Bank of Scotland and 19 Barclays Bank. After the check i aborted the test. Dmitry Gos: Please, specify your banks addr. No site is working correctly, nor with IE9 or FF12. Here the results from my short testing. Reason for edit: It's a known issue when in protected browser some GUI elements are corrupted.

build 3229. App verifier off.
Open safe money from desktop icon from chrome link. Takes about 20-30 seconds for the page to open. In Denmark all have to use " Nemid", wich requires Java if you want to log on your bank:
https://www.nemid.nu/om_nemid/about_nemid/ That`s not possible with K.I.S 2013- Windows 7 64 bit- IE 9- "Safe money enabled". "Protected browser" loads and I can write my "Log on data" and then the " Digital signature- " Nem Id" should start, but nothing happens... "Please wait....." Using Firefox 12. Windows 7 64bit, 6 GB RAM My bank: www.handelsbanken.se Starting Firefox shows me always the message. KiesPDLR blocked: reading memory process of other process. Dmitry Gos: It's a normal behaviour of SafeBanking. SB protecting browser from accessing by any untrusted processes. It has it's own trusted list.
