I purchased a two year contract in August 2011. I have 465 days left on my subsrciption. As of march 30, 2012 my computer has been saying that my Kapersky is obselete. When i hit the "fix it now" tab the computer goes through an update cycle then says my system kapesky is still "obselete." When i look at the updated reports i see some files say "not enough rights for file operation" and other files say "error updating component!"
When i check the main kapersky page with the license on it and hit the update subscription status the computer says "subsription key is missing!" Using the tech support i already erased the license and reactivated the account but that did not help. WHAT IN THE WORLD IS GOING ON!!! I am not computer savvy and have no idea whats going on. Is there a number that i can call kapersky because all i get is emails? |
