"Google Redirect Virus" Options

Hello,

I believe I have some form of a "redirect" virus. This is based upon some research via the internet.

Issues:

- I noticed it when I would go to www.google.com and I would automatically be redirect to a yahoo website (I don't have the exact URL because it is not happening anymore).
- I also have a "coupon" drop-down that keeps showing up in my browser.
- I opened one browser in IE and it opened another five browsers for me.
- When I tried to register for a username to this Kaspeysky form website, when I would click on the registration link, it would take me to a website to try to take a survey stating I won an Apple Ipad.

Welcome. Scan with Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware: http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam.php Update it first, scan and attach its log, but Please Don't remove anything yet, until the log is reviewed.

Hi richbuff,

Uploaded are the results of my scan. Nothing found, which was the same result when I scanned with Kaspersky.

Do you have any advice for next steps?

If you are still getting any redirects, please click my user name and select Send message, and send me some of the links you get redirected to.

If you are using a router, reset it and set a strong password for it.

I believe it had to do with a website called "dropinsavings"

I removed some toolbars and will see if it keeps coming.
