The file name is: mce5in1.ISO
The the is located at: C:\Documents and Settings\Doug\My Documents\1 - Doug\Doug old files
Kaspersky detected the problem today, 4/15/12
Disinfection alert screenshot in attachment.
I accidentally deleted the "detected threats" tab.
I have unsuccessfully tried removing in safe-mode.
Here is the GSI Log link: http://www.getsysteminfo.com/read.php?file...e649a4a970e0b59
I attached files related to the AVZ steps. I don't really understand it so I am not sure if I attached the correct information.

I need to complete my federal taxes today. Will this virus steal my personal information if I open Turbo-Tax software?

Thank you for your help.

Do you know what mce5in1.ISO is? If not, you can delete it.

Please free up 15% free space on system partition C, then do a defrag. After that, you can clean install Kaspersky version 2012. The Home User section of this forum > Important topics have clean install instructions.

Please see the Important topics, located at the top of this section, and at the top of other sections of this forum.
