Can't remove threat HEUR:Trojan.Win32.Generic, Kaspersky can not quarantine or nuetralize Options

Kaspersky detected the problem today, 4/15/12
Disinfection alert screenshot in attachment.
I accidentally deleted the "detected threats" tab.
I have unsuccessfully tried removing in safe-mode.

I attached files related to the AVZ steps. I don't really understand it so I am not sure if I attached the correct information.

I need to complete my federal taxes today. Will this virus steal my personal information if I open Turbo-Tax software?

Do you know what mce5in1.ISO is? If not, you can delete it.

Please free up 15% free space on system partition C, then do a defrag. After that, you can clean install Kaspersky version 2012. The Home User section of this forum > Important topics have clean install instructions.
