 Does Kaspersky Firewall module disable other software firewalls automatically? |

Can someone confirm for me whether the Kaspersky Firewall module disables other software firewalls (e.g. Windows firewall)?

Can Windows Firewall even be uninstalled? Although that's not really my question...what I really want to know is whether Kaspersky disables Windows Firewall if it is enabled when Kaspersky gets installed. Does anyone know the answer to that question?

I'm not sure about the workstation end, but we have Kaspersky running through ports on our windows firewall, on our servers. Hope that information helps.

Thanks Very Much ~ xD Hi, Yes you can enabled the windows firewall, but If your windows Firewall disabled then your IS 2012 software constantly monitors Internet traffic and protect you from accidentally launching malware or following links to phishing websites.
