GetSystemInfo: http://www.getsysteminfo.com/read.php?file...cc53269f977d805

Repeated attempts to install has failed, I am getting a message which reads : "To continue installation you must close all applications which can block access to local area connection settings, close all the processes or reboot"

I'd like to request for some assistance

Welcome. Please clear the contents of your Temp folder, instructions: http://support.kaspersky.com/faq/?qid=208279128

Start > Run > type msconfig > ok > Services tab > Hide all Microsoft services > uncheck the remaining services > Startup tab > uncheck all items > apply > ok > reboot. Then download a fresh copy of the Kaspersky installer from links contained in the second and third Important topics > install > reboot > update databases > reboot.

If successful, you can revert the changes that you made in msconfig.
