hi Im new in this forum so sorry if dont know how to communicate well

I just want to ask to any who know if it is possible for my 2011 activation code to work with
2012 software for kaspersky anti virus.

Make sure that you have the right Kaspersky. KAV (anti-virus) or KIS (internet security), the codes are not interchangeable.

Can you be more specific about your problem, do you get any message ?

Tha activation code should have following format : xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx
Please take care with the difference between B or 8 or L and 1 ...

thank you sir for the reply,
my problem is that when i install the anti virus 2012 and activate it using 2011 activation key it cannot be activated
the first thing you will do is to install 2009 version and then activate it and then there you can upgrade to 2012 using the 2011 activation key.

is there any possible solution to activate it using the same product software?
by the way my product software is v 12.0.0.374

You're welcome. If you can not activate 2012 with a 2011 activation code, the next step is to post the error message in full detail. What does the error say?

Check system date/time is correct, then check to make sure the product and the code match, that is; Kaspersky Anti Virus product and Kaspersky Anti Virus code.

If still no go, post the error and please also contact Tech Support: https://my.kaspersky.com/en/support/helpdesk
