I received an alert that said my black list of licenses was corrupt and that the database was out of date. Clicked to fix, starts to update then stops. No error messages, etc - just stops. It says "update completed, not all components updated" and when I selct detailed report it says the update was stopped by the user. Also indicates that nothing has been updated for 76 days.... License is valid until 02/2013. Windows Vista Home Basic. I have NO idea what to do.... Thanks in advance for any help!

Welcome. What Kaspersky product and version?
Repair install Kaspersky via Windows control panel > Programs > Kaspersky > modify > Repair. Then reboot > update databases and reboot again. -------------------- Please see the Important topics, located at the top of this section, and at the top of other sections of this forum.
