Firefox cant establish connection to server at google, merged with same. Options

Hi, seemingly suddenly I can no longer open a google page on my netbook via Firefox (or IE), have Kaspersky on Netbook.
I can open a live web page eg bbc.co.uk and can open pages within that site but when I try to open google page I get a message saying "Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at www.google.com (and www.google.co.uk

Please can anyone help? Ihave tried removing and reinstalling Firfox to no avail and now wonder if it is a setting in Paspersky?

Any ideas anyone please?? I'm stumped (doesn't take much!)

Hi, previous post not very explanatory.

I have uninstalled Mozilla Firefox and all of its program files then reinstalled it and still can't open a google page though Firefox or even IE. I get a message "Firefox unable to establish a connexction to the server at www.google.com (same with google.co.uk)
I have no proxy server (that I am aware of!)

Can anyone help me please?

3. Click here to upload your GetSystemInfo log.

there is no AVP11 folder for me to find AVZ folder to send you. Any advice plse? or a 9 digit request number to enter plse?

I merged again, because you are ClumsyClarence. I do not see anything wrong with your ClumsyClarence account.

Remove Selected what Malwarebytes detects.

Run this script, instructions same as the last one:

A file called quarantine.zip should be created in C:\. Then please upload C:\quarantine.zip to a filehost such as http://www.mediafire.com/
Then, Private Message me the Download link to the uploaded file. Click my user name and select Send message.

I have tried to follow your instructions but end up with nothing in the Quarantine folder though when I finished running the script I got a message saying "Wizard completed with error - Incorrect kernel handle" - could that be why?

RichBuff or whoever answers can I ask ask that you:
enable me to REPLY to the post (my ClumsyClarence profile still shows VALIDATING - help PLEASE!!!)
and may I also ask that you simplify your instructions too. I am no IT genius.

I am now desperate to get this issue sorted out - I have been on it 5 days now.

Hi, I will stick with Thumbelina as you say. I know to use the Add Reply button but on my netbook it won't let me do so - that's why I had to create a new User ID.
I have removed the malware files and still have the same problem with the netbook however I will go and follow the instuction again following your latest advice on the missing "." when I am on my netbook at home this evening.

Yes original problem does persist so here is what I think is gsi log. AVZ log to follow when I can figure it out again.
Can I ask when replying please give me basic instructions - much appreciated.
