I am not technical and I need some help. For about a week my PC has been running very slowly often freezing up but then releasing the freeze (if you will) and then running again. Unknowingly my Kaspersky 2009 Internet security expired so I purchased and downloaded the 2011 version. The download was successful but then the set-up wizard could not install the AVP tool utility automatically so when I tried to download it manually using http://support.kaspersky.com/viruses/avptool2010 I am brought to the knowledge base. When I click on the Installation Guide of Kaspersky Virus Removal Tool 2010 I am moved to a page with instructions so I click on download the application distributive I get code: Index of /devbuilds/AVPTool/. I am stuck. There is obviously something wrong with my PC (a HP Pavilion dv6-1030us) running Windows Vista.
I run my small business on this PC and am stuck. Help please! |
