    Is it possible to disable Windows update on clients through KSC 14 policies?

The KSC, on the other hand, can act as an update server for Windows ... and third-party software.

Yes you are right. Actually it is not recommended to disable windows updates. However, I want to know if there is such feature in KSC to disable windows updates on clients?

there is no such possibility, to do it with one button, as far as I know
