I am running version 9.0.0.736 on windows 7 Professional (64 bit).
I have changed the settings on Application statuses so that trusted applications always prompt for action on Public networks. However all trusted applications are accessing the internet without asking. My local network is set as a trusted network with the Internet being a Public network. So I was assuming any attempted connections by any trusted application should be prompted for? Looking at the list of applications, access for public network on all trusted apps is set to prompt. Actually even low restricted applications aren't prompting either, on any network local or otherwise If i set this to deny, all apps do fail to connect as expected. I also cannot find anyway to change a Trusted application to a lower security level, is this possible? This post has been edited by Icewolf: 7.11.2009 19:40 |
